Empties #2

Hey everybody! Happy Monday :)

I've actually finished a lot of products recently, and I didn't want this post to be flooded, so I decided to make my second empties post.  This month is a mix of everything, including 2 beauty products (which is rare !!!).  Hope you love my background of my April BirchBox lol!

Yes to Cucumbers Facial Wipes - All I can say about these facial wipes is damn.  These are my favorite facial wipes!! They are very gentle, but also very effective.  They don't burn my eyes and are very wet.  I'll always go back to these, I've already repurchased.
Neutrogena Cleansing Towelettes - I've heard so much about these wipes, so I decided to get a travel pack for my Disney/Universal vacation.  These were so eh.  They were okay, but I wish they kept moisture better.  I probably won't be repurchasing this.
Purederm Peptide Cleansing Towelettes - These wipes were just odd.  I picked these up at Forever21 for no reason whatsoever. These weren't bad but they weren't good either.  I will not be repurchasing these.

Embryolisse Lait - Creme Concentre - I received this moisturizer in my March BirchBox. (I think.  Don't quote me on the month!) It was really cool packaging, but it didn't offer too much product.  It was an okay moisturizer, but it was too heavy for me, even for overnight wear.  It did moisturize my skin, though.  I won't be purchasing the full size.
Garnier Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel Cream - This is my go to moisturizer.  It doesn't break me out and it's not too heavy, but it moisturizes my skin so. well.  I may end up repurchasing it, but I'm trying out a bunch of others.

Up & Up Nail Polish Remover - I really did not like this product at all.  I had ran out of my other nail polish remover, so I went to Target to get a new one and thought this looked interesting.  Although it got my nail polish off, it dried out my nails and cuticles so bad.  I certainly will not be repurchasing this.
Maybelline the Falsies Volum' Express Mascara - I really liked this mascara!  At first it was too wet, and I have a super duper big issue with wet mascaras.  But then once it dried a bit it made my lashes so voluminous!  My lashes looked so thick and it actually looked like I was wearing falsies.  I have to say, even though I have so many mascaras, I think I may just have to go out and repurchase this. :)
Maybelline Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer in Radiant - I had a love hate relationship with this product.  At first, I really didn't like it.  I wasn't sure how I should use it, but once I got the hang of the process I ended up liking it.  I used this to brighten up my under eye area.  Considering I like other products better, I won't be purchasing this.

Dove Stretch & Shine Flexible Hold Hairspray - So many holy grail products in this empties post!! I love this hairspray.  It holds my curls without making them crunchy, and it smells SOOO good. *heart eyes everywhere*  I've already repurchased about 3 of these haha!
Aussie Miraculously Smooth Conditioner - I've used this conditioner sososo many times.  It really works well and it leaves my hair very smooth without weighing it down.  I use so many shampoos and conditioners that I may repurchase this, but nothing definite.
Neil George Shampoo & Conditioner - This is another product I received in my BirchBox, and it was such a disappointment. :(  This reminded me of a cheap hotel shampoo & conditioner and didn't do anything.  The conditioner was too thick and the shampoo was too thin.  I obviously will not be purchasing the full size of this unfortunate miss.

That was all for this empties post! Thank you so much for reading and don't forget to write a comment.  What products are in your recent empties?

  2. A really affordable alternative to face wipes for removing make up is baby wipes. They come in like packs of 100 or 200 for about $3 or $4!! I recommend you try it out :)
